In a move aimed at strengthening ties between Kerala’s startup ecosystem and established businesses, the Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) has invited Expressions of Interest (EoI) from startups seeking industry partnerships and market expansion opportunities.
The initiative, titled ‘Business for Startups’, is designed for startups that already have established products and revenue streams. Through the programme, selected startups will get opportunities to collaborate with leading companies, access new markets, and showcase their innovations to potential industry partners.
According to KSUM, the programme will also help startups looking to scale up their operations by expanding business networks and receiving market guidance from corporate partners and global firms.
KSUM Chief Executive Officer Anoop Ambika said the initiative is intended to create stronger engagement between startups and industry by facilitating business-driven collaborations. “Through this programme, KSUM seeks to strengthen collaboration between startups and corporates by creating industry-driven business engagements,” he said.
Kerala Startup Mission noted that it has facilitated business opportunities worth around ₹20 crore for Kerala-based startups through various outreach and promotional programmes over the years. Startups interested in participating in the new collaboration initiative can submit their applications through the KSUM website.
